Could Have Sent Troops to Benghazi to Save American Lives?

As of 28 Oct 2012 General Carter F. Ham Commander of Africa Command, (AFRICOM) says that he was not given orders to send troops to save our Libyan Ambassador in Benghazi, Libya on 11 September 2012. We now know that orders from the highest levels of the Obama Administration told all military and CIA assets to "stand down" and let our Ambassador, two Navy Seals and another American die at the hands murderous terrorist in a well-planned attack.

General Ham Illegally Endorsing Obama

General Ham now is clearly breaking Department of Defense rules by promoting a political candidate on one of his official social network sites - Twitter. It is unlawful by DOD policy to promote a specific political party or candidate(s) while in official military status or proclaiming to be a military member on a Social Network.

Adding to the Obama/Benghazi Scandal

Strangely, General Ham's Twitter account seems to have been created on 26 October 2012 only after an unconfirmed rumor was circulated that he disobeyed the "stand down" order and was relieved of command by his second in command for disobeying a direct order. It appears that he is now trying to show that he supports Barack Obama in order to make it seem that there is no disagreement in the way Benghazi was handled; however, he went too far. General Ham is in clear violation of the DOD directive that restricts military personnel from promoting political candidates while in official military status. He openly promotes Barack Obama and Joe Biden as seen here:

General Ham knows better than to do this because he must punish any Soldier under his command that breaks this DOD policy, so why would he risk his career in such a manner? General Ham clearly identified this Twitter profile to be his official military account:
